Community rules

Pulse exists to help people check tokens, not to pump them. These rules apply to posts, replies and profiles.
1. Do not impersonate anyone
Do not pose as a project, its team, an exchange, a public figure, a moderator or the MEMECOINY team. Your name, avatar and bio must not suggest an identity you do not have.
For example
- A profile called “Phantom Support” or “MEMECOINY Admin”
- Copying a known trader’s name and photo
- Claiming to be on a token’s team without proof
2. No scams, phishing or drainers
We remove links to fake sites, wallet drainers, counterfeit airdrops and “claim” pages. Never ask anyone for a seed phrase, private key or a signature on an unknown transaction.
For example
- A link to a look-alike of a well-known app
- “Claim your airdrop, connect your wallet”
- Guaranteed returns or “sure 100x” promises
3. Disclose paid promotion and your own interest
If you are paid for a post, are on the project’s team, received tokens or hold a meaningful position, say so in the post, for example “Disclosure: I hold this token” or “Disclosure: I work with this project”.
For example
- Paid shilling without a disclosure
- Coordinated pump campaigns and engagement rings
- Accounts or bots posting the same content about one token
4. No harassment
Criticize projects and arguments, not people. No threats, insults, publishing other people’s personal data or attacking anyone for who they are.
For example
- Threats and personal insults
- Doxxing
- Hate speech
5. No spam
Be specific and on topic. Repeated posts, mass mentions and referral links dropped without context lower the quality of Pulse for everyone.
For example
- The same post many times
- Serial referral links
- Ads unrelated to memecoin markets
What moderation does
A person reviews every report. The response depends on how serious the violation is and on the account’s history.
- Removing the post or reply. Scam and drainer links are removed immediately.
- For a missing disclosure: a request to add it, and removal of the post if the author does not.
- A temporary block on posting and reacting.
- A permanent ban for impersonation, scams, doxxing or repeated violations.
How to report a post
The fastest way to report a post or reply is in Pulse: open the “…” menu on the post, choose “Report” and the rule it breaks. Reporting requires signing in. If it may be a scam, do not click the link or connect a wallet.
If you cannot use the in-app report or want to report a profile, send a link to kontakt@memecoiny.pl with a short note on which rule it breaks. You can appeal a moderation decision at the same address.
Remember: nobody from MEMECOINY will ever ask for your seed phrase, private key or a transfer.
