Exchanges you can lawfully use in Poland and the EU. Each holds a MiCA authorisation we checked in a regulator's register. We also show złoty support, Solana and Base withdrawals, and the source for every fact.

- Binance. No MiCA authorisation. Binance withdrew its application in Greece and from 1 July 2026 limited new sign-ups in several countries, including Poland. BeInCrypto, 2026-06-26, Crowdfund Insider, 2026-08-23
- Zondacrypto. Prosecutors are investigating alleged fraud, and thousands of users have been unable to withdraw funds. The Block, 2026-05-15
How we built this list
- We check MiCA status in the ESMA interim register, a national regulator's register or the exchange's own legal page. An exchange without a confirmed authorisation is not listed.
- PLN, BLIK and network support come only from the exchanges' official help pages and announcements. When none of them documents a feature we write “Not documented”, not “Yes”.
- We do not score exchanges or build a ranking. The order is alphabetical. A referral commission does not change the order, the description or whether an exchange is listed.
- The list is not exhaustive. It covers large exchanges our readers ask about. Fees and features change, so check them in the app before you deposit.
